The F3P is a low cost, low risk fuel price protection program benefiting marketers with higher fuel margins & sales and customers with unmatched gasoline or diesel fuel price protection. There is no program like it among petroleum marketers. Yet .. an F3P may be implemented by any retailer anywhere in the country.
